I've tried them in the past and strongly disliked it, but thought I would give it another try...so I bought a battery, Oral B one for $5-$6. I love it! My teeth have never felt better. I have a battery charger somewhere, so I might stick with the one I've got. Otherwise, there are some out there in the $20-range that the hygienist said work just fine.
