If you like Suze Orman’s tough love approach to finances, you won’t want to miss a chance to get her new book, the 2009 Action Plan. A pdf copy of the book is available on Oprah’s website until January 15th.
When I went to the site to check out the free book offer, I noticed that you can also sign up for a webcast with Suze at 9 pm EST on the 15th. It said she’s taking your questions, so it looks like you have a chance to get some financial assistance from Suze for free if your question is one of the ones selected.
By the way, this book is not some fluffy five page report. It is 227 pages long and is available in paperback on Amazon for $9.99. If you’re interested in being thrifty, the free pdf copy is obviously the way to go! Don’t be alarmed by the number of pages, though. When I first downloaded the pdf book, I thought I would have to go see if my library has a print copy I could borrow to do a thorough read because I can’t stare at a computer screen for over 200 pages of text without going blind. However, once I got partway into the book, I realized it was set up so you can skim a lot of it looking for situations relevant to you and then just read just those action steps.
