I haven’t had the opportunity to review the Life Fitness Premium Pulsating Back Massager but I’m happy to give one away during the Bloggy Giveaways.

Massage has such wonderful health benefits, especially in our fast paced, high stress world. Massage can help to release toxins held within our tightened muscles as well as help us relax, both of which can help prevent (or help in the treatment of) the many forms of inflammatory diseases in our country. Here is something pleasurable that is actually good for us
