Good Deal on BandAids at Walgreens

If you get to Walgreens this week, there’s a pretty good deal on BandAids. Buy two packages of Ultra BandAids for $2.99 each and get a $3 Register Reward back. Two packs for $2.98 isn’t bad, but if you have two of the $1 coupons off Ultra BandAids for the other week, you can get an even better deal. Once the coupons are deducted, you spend $3.98 and get a $3 Register Reward back. 98 cents for two packages made me nice and happy.
I always need bandages because of the hoard of children in my family, but we usually get the character designs. They’re on sale, too, but I didn’t have coupons for them, so I figure the adults will be happy to have bandages without cartoons on them for once!
Oh, and if you see a coloring book for 99 cents at your Walgreens, you may want to check it out. There’s a store coupon for BandAids in there, but it wasn’t worth buying for me because I wouldn’t buy any of the other products that the coupons are for.
You know the coloring book coupons are Instant Value Coupons meaning they would take a dollar off each of the band aids you purchased. .99c = $2.00 off.
5.98 – 2.00 mfg – 2.00ivc = 1.98 + 3.00RR
So even factoring in the price of the book, you come out better.
