I am so glad that Karen has stuck it out and has finally come full circle with her first blogaversary! I tried to talk her into blogging with me a couple of times and finally she said yes. Little did she know what she was getting into.
So, Karen, let’s look at all our firsts together:
- Alligator was a blessing on such a festive day! Both the day in the church parking lot when you told me and the day she arrived!
- All those restaurants you made the servers do their jobs right
- How many vehicles has your DH bought?
- Need a place to crash for 30 people for Scare Mare? Come on up. We’ll take you. Just bring water. HAHA!
- “Oh wait! Don’t flush! I don’t have any water.”
- I can’t believe I know someone who has a hydraulic AND purple trucks. I am so glad they weren’t the same.
- Who would have thought he could skateboard like that.
- Want to go yard sale shopping?
- Done any work on the house lately? We haven’t
- Imagine our 3 families together now. That’s 8 kids and only 6 adults. We are finally outnumbered. What a table we would need at Red Lobster.
- Technically, it’s all Robyn’s fault.
I am so glad we met and you guys landed at FCC. You and your family have been a blessing to me and mine for years and I am above and beyond blessed with working with you here at Thrifty Mommy. Thank you for saying yes.
Awwww thanks Kelly! We’re not coming with the youth group this year. We’re taking them on a weekend missions trips instead. But, I’m thinking of bringing the family up there anyway. I’m sure I could bring a few trash bags of clothes for the kids too.
BTW, G counted and since we’ve lived here, he’s had 17 vehicles. hahahhahaha
Oh and BTW everyone, Kelly had the absolute best reaction when I told her I was expecting Alligator. She jumped up and down and squealed and clapped. I’ll always remember her reaction. It was the best.
Congrats for such a fine job. The Lord leads in mysterious ways sometimes. All we have to do is follow. You’ve done very well, and we are very proud of your accomplishments.
