sushiI was watching the Discovery Health channel today and I found out about “Healthy Decadence” with Devin Alexander.  Devin takes regular recipes and makes them more healthy.  You can find recipes on the website for yummy stuff like brownies, parfaits, manicotti, cake, fries, sushi, and more.  If you’re looking to cut back on calories or just makes healthier meals, then you should stop by the Healthy Decadence website.  You’ll find a list of upcoming episodes.

Well whatever that photo is, I’m tempted already – there again, I’m also hungry!
    Cheers

I’ll have to check out the recipes and try some. I’ve been trying to cut back on calories and fat.

Oh, I love this show…her food is the BEST healthy food I’ve EVER had by far. She’s the girl who wrote The Biggest Loser Cookbook. That’s how I found her. Then I found out she wrote this other book, Fast Food Fix that shows you how to make Big Macs & Cinnabons just like they do at fast food without all of the fat, calories and chemicals. My kids think they’re eating the real things!

Healthy Decadence is the best food find on TV! Devin Alexander has a great personality and her food always looks amazing. And if you haven’t checked out her cookbooks, you are missing out. Not only are her recipes easy to make, they are healthy and full of flavor as well (and your kids will love them too)!

Devin Alexander is hot!! She is really awesome to watch and all her food looks amazing! You would never know that her food is so healthy and good for you too. You should definitely watch Healthy Decadence if you haven’t already!

Devin Alexander committed the cardinal sin of cross-contamination by using tongs on raw chicken and then stirring the noodles. She did it twice. The second time when she turned the chicken on the grill–then went back into the noodles with the tongs.Any salmonella on the chicken would have a field day in the noodle dish. Might even kill old people or people with immune system challenges. Shame on you!

Art Link: Shame on me or shame on her?

I’m also a huge fan of Chef Devin Alexander! In case you don’t already know, she has a new book coming out in April, “The Most Decadent Diet Ever”. I already pre-ordered my copy from Amazon, I can’t wait until it comes out!
