		<description>No kidding about the weather! I&#039;m on the RI border of CT and tomorrow will be around 80! 
Definately learn to can! Once you have your system and timing down you could can every day and not have it be a big production. There is nothing like opening a jar of tomatoes in the winter and having it over some homemade pasta (also not so scary).</description>

		<description>That&#039;s funny because you seem like a canner to me. I&#039;m also not brave enough to try. I freeze or make food items and freeze them to save excess veggies but canning freaks me out. There&#039;s so much to it. I would like to learn though because my grandma canned and her stuff was great. It just seemed like such a production.</description>
