I hate it when Turkey Butt is sick. I take full advantage of the snuggle time,. but I hate it when she runs a fever and is nauseated. It’s just never any fun. Remember the good old days when we could feel comforted as parents knowing the cold medicine we were giving our kids was helping?!?!?!?!?! Now I just feel helpless.

I feel your pain. My DS is sick as well… poor babies.
As a home daycare provider i know how you feel.I can’t send them home for a cold but they are miserable with no medication.
You probably have some of your own tricks but I thought I would mentions Hylands has some cold/flu meds for kids. Of course it may not do what the other stuff did but its something. For fevers I give my kids chewable congaplex. It doesn’t bring the fever down but it helps their bodies fight the germs that caused the fever. Take care!
poor baby!!!! have you tried some cola syrup (you can get it at walgreens) for the nausea? also, if the fever gets too high and she’s too nauseatedp down fever reducer, they make those suppositories (also available at wags.) make sure you get enough rest yourself!!!!!
Turns out, she has bronchitis, a bacterial infection, and an ear infection. It will be a long few days.
I totally feel your pain. Just as I was turning into the daycare parking lot Munchkin Moo threw up all over herself! I’m a teacher so it totally threw my whole day out of whack!
