I’m Exhausted!

I’ve been at my aunt’s house for a few days. We have been helping out with my cousin’s sweet 16 party. There was lots of planning and preparing to be done before the big event.
This morning I got up early to help clean and decorate the community center. We left for a short while to get ourselves cleaned up and then headed back to make the food. Whew, what a day!
I think this party actually took more work than my wedding. lol It was a really nice party, but thankfully we did everything ourselves to keep the cost down. I’ll post some pictures and information next week once I get back to my computer.

Karen- That sounds like a satisfying kind of exhaustion. Your family is lucky to have you to help out.
What kind of sweet 16 party took so much effort? It sounds more like a wedding than a birthday party.
Yes, I told my cousin that her birthday party took more effort than my wedding. I’m still tired! Too much working and not enough sleep.
