International cell phone plansWe are so blessed to have readers from all over the world at Thrifty Mommy.  I love hearing from all of you because you have great opinions and I am amazed at how different we are around the world yet we are exactly alike.  So when I came across this article on international phones for cheap, I was excited to share it with you.

The phone is from National Geographic and allows free incoming calls in 65 countries. Outgoing calls in Europe average $.90/min, more in some countries.  You can either buy or rent the phones with no contract to sign.  This keeps you free from the proverbial cell phone leash that everyone hates.  So check it out if it meets your needs.  I am always trying to share the best ways to save money and it seems that everyone has a cell phone and a lot of our readers are world travelers.  So let me know how this works for you and if it is a good deal.  Sounds like it from this side of the ocean.
