I’ve been tagged too!

Ok, so Karen has tagged me. I’m so excited that I finally got tagged! Thanks, girlfriend. So here is what it means.
Give the meaning of your kids’ names, and write about what or how or why you gave the name to your kids. Tag five people to play along and leave a comment at their blog to let them know they have been tagged.
So here it goes.
We have a 2 year old daughter named KM. We wanted her to have my initials so we worked hard to find a name that worked. Her name means “One who is pure like God”. Her initials are KMS which I tell her is the closest thing to PMS that she is allowed to get.
We also have a son on the way. He is due in July. The family tradition in my husbands family is to give the father’s name as the middle name of a son. So our little Man will have my DH’s first name as his middle. His name means “Watchful of the Earth” or “Earthly Vigilant”.
So I have now tagged Kate, Angie, Dumb Little Man, Pat, and Dawn. Take some tiem to visit them and enjoy the frugality. Hope you like their stuff.

I’m glad you tagged Kate. I was going to tag her, but I was only supposed to tag 5. I thought about tagging more than 5 anyway.
You’ll have to clue me into Little Man’s first name.
You daughter’s name is the same as mine! In the long form, anyway. I’ll do this this afternoon my time.
Hey, thanks for participating! I am enjoying learning more about everyone and their children.
I wish you a safe delivery and a healthy son.
BTW, you need to fix the links for Dumb Little Man and Dawn. You have their link going to Haloscan. Just thought you’d like to know.
This may not work, I don’t have any children
Dawn, this could include pets as well if you want.
Hey Kelly!
Thanks for tagging Dumb Little Man. The last time we responded to something l like this, our readers got nasty because they don’t care about me…just my tips to make life better… I wish it were different but that’s what we built.
However, I will gladly answer you here.
I have been married for 7 years and I have 2 kids (WE’RE DONE, NO MORE!).
Frankie is 16 months old and Isabella just turned 4. Isabella got her name simply on it’s beauty. We had no real reason for choosing that name but we both loved it (4 years ahead of the trend I might add!).
Frankie is named after my wife’s quiet, yet loving father. He is an amazing person that sacrificed SO MUCH for his kids. In fact, I wish I knew him earlier in life. He is quiet and somewhat intimidating (total Italian guy) but he tells it like it is and he’s never concerned with what others think. I could have used that lesson in my own life 20 years ago. I have never mustered the courage to really get deep and admit my admiration for him, however I myself try to emulate his passion for the family and if my son, Frankie were to end up like his grandfather, I would be very pleased.
Congrats on your July delivery…Do you know if it’s a boy/girl yet?
