My son is having minor surgery today to redo his circumcision. Even though I have researched it and gotten the inside scoop from the anesthesiologist, I still hate to turn my little boy over to anyone if I can’t go with him. Wish us luck!

oh the poor little man, let us know how it goes. Can I ask why he has to get it redone? I know the doctor mentioned this to us too.

He has/had redundant foreskin and they didn’t take off enough the first time. He basically looked like an uncircumcised baby boy. That would have been fine except he had a circumcised hole to clean that I couldn’t pull back since the opening was too small. Sorry for the graphics.
I was very happy with his surgery. We were back in the car headed home 3 hours after we arrived. He was only away from me for an hour. I was happy and he is playing just fine right now. I will continue to give him tylenol today and see how he does tomorrow.

I just saw this post as I haven’t hopped around much this week – I sure do hope things went OK! It is not easy giving your baby over to someone else, but the Lord was holding him the whole time – I guarantee it!!
