Looking for Halloween Bargains? Try the Thrift Store

Here’s a quick tip: If you’re looking for bargains on Halloween costumes and decorations, try the local secondhand store. Ideas abound and you won’t spend much money. Years ago I found a long dress and a black wig and made a stunning Cleopatra, all courtesy of my local thrift shop. I love looking for holiday bargains at secondhand stores. You’ll never know what you’ll find.
