Remember the Perdue Perfect Portions that I raved about last week? Well, I am pleased to announce that I have in my possession free coupons for the Perdue chicken. Yay! I love free stuff! I am giving away some coupons for these fabulous Perdue chicken breasts.
Each coupon entitles the person to one package of Perdue Perfect Portions. The value of each coupon is $9.99.

Here’s how you can win:
Leave a comment, telling how you would cook these evenly cut chicken fillets. You can put a recipe with your comment if you would like or you can leave a link to your favorite chicken recipe at your own site. Or if you’ve had the Perdue Perfect Portions before, tell me why you like them so much.
I have several coupons, so if it’s hard to choose a winner I may choose more than one. Or one lucky person may receive all of the coupons.
Please note: Perdue products are sold only in the Midwest and Eastern United States. I’m sorry, but this giveaway is for US residents only. Please leave your correct email address under your name in the email box (and not in the comment box) so that I can contact you if you win.

Baked Italian Chicken would be wonderful!
These would be great for chicken cordon bleu. Thanks for the contest.
Wow those are great for my new diet. I would love to win.
We would bbq them on the grill. That’s one thing that we can get my 3 yr. old to eat. Thank you!!
We love these things. I usually bake them as is, but I would like to try slicing them and putting them into fajitas! meg.wilson@gmail.com
Can anyone say California Roll Stuffed Chicken? Take your frustrations out as you prepare this culinary delight! http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,1739,135182-252195,00.html
I’d bake them over brown rice covered in cream of chicken soup.
Perfect! I would make my husband cook his General Tso’s chicken. Hey, free chicken AND I don’t have to cook. Does it really get any better?
http://nicemommy-evileditor.com/blog/?p=473 That’s his recipe that he’s tweaked over the years. The one thing only he cooks so when one of us wants it, he has to cook. Some days I’m tempted to want it three times a week
I would make chicken parmeason with them.
I would marinate them in a garlic/olive oil/lemon pepper mixture and grill them. Healthy AND delicious! Thanks for letting me enter your contest! Good luck to everyone!
oOOOOOOOOOOOOOh I hope I’m not too late. I could live off chicken. I have many favorite dishes: chicken cassaroll, chicken pot pie, etc
I’m pretty useless in the kitchen, but I do enjoy putting chicken with a bunch of salsa into a crockpot.
chicken is a family favorite! I love to cook at home or while camping! here is a recipe I submitted (before I remarried) to KOA camping site

Cut up the 2 chicken breast in small pieces doesnt have to be perfect. Add those pieces to your pot of melted cheese and stir then add 3 handfulls of crumbled Dorritos chips either plan or salsa explosion its up to you. Preheat oven to 400 degrees once heated add mixture to a baking dish add another handfull or two of crumbled dorritos and cover with foil let cook for no longer than 30 minutes and serve.
I like Perdue Perfect Portions, because they are a convenient way to eat lowfat, healthy and guilt-free. They are extremely low in calories and carbohydrates. I love grilling them on my George Foreman grill, they taste so delicious. I always buy no less than 6 packs at a time, so I won’t run out of them too fast. Also my little yokie loves them too.
I like to cook the terriyaki chicken portions in a little bit of sesame oil with a bag of frozen mixed vegetables. I cut the chicken into slices and then serve the chicken and veggies over brown rice. My family loves this. Am I too late to win a coupon?
The coupons have been given out. Thanks for dropping by. I hope you’ll check out our other tips.
I love to marinate these in Paul Neumann’s Balsamic Vinegrette Salad Dressing and then putting them on the Grill. It give them a really good flavor
