Remember the Perdue Perfect Portions that I raved about last week? Well, I am pleased to announce that I have in my possession free coupons for the Perdue chicken. Yay! I love free stuff! I am giving away some coupons for these fabulous Perdue chicken breasts.
Each coupon entitles the person to one package of Perdue Perfect Portions. The value of each coupon is $9.99.

Here’s how you can win:
Leave a comment, telling how you would cook these evenly cut chicken fillets. You can put a recipe with your comment if you would like or you can leave a link to your favorite chicken recipe at your own site. Or if you’ve had the Perdue Perfect Portions before, tell me why you like them so much.
I have several coupons, so if it’s hard to choose a winner I may choose more than one. Or one lucky person may receive all of the coupons.
Please note: Perdue products are sold only in the Midwest and Eastern United States. I’m sorry, but this giveaway is for US residents only. Please leave your correct email address under your name in the email box (and not in the comment box) so that I can contact you if you win.

GREAT giveaway! I really want to win!!
I’d grill them and/or slice them up like chicken strips and fry them mmm!
I would like an entry. I would use it in chicken stir fry.
I just bought these last week and love them. I get grossed out at touching raw meat and this is perfect. I just bread them and fry them in a little oil and it is so good:)
Marinate the chicken pieces overnight in lemon juice, drain, roll them in freshly chopped herbs…rosemary, thyme tarragon, sage and parsley, season with salt and pepper and wrap with thin slices of bacon. Secure them with skewers. Brush with olive oil. Bake in a flat dish in a 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes. Serve with brown rice mixed with walnuts and sultana raisins and sliced baked bananas. Yummmy.
This is a great giveaway. Thanks.
We like to sautee chicken with italian dressing…yummy!
Thanks for this great giveaway!
I haven’t tried these yet, but if I did, I would make chicken rolls with sun dried tomato spread and provolone cheese.
Although these are great n their own with some seasoning, dressing or rubs…. I have also made them Parmagan with spaghetti sauce & mozzarella or Cordon Bleu with ham & provolone.
I will beat an egg or two, then I will stir in a couple of spoons of dijon mustard. Then I will mix bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese on a plate. I will melt butter in a skillet. Then I will dip these beautiful pieces of chicken into the egg/mustard mixture, then roll it in the bread crumbs/cheese mixture and cook until done…yum….
I like to brown them in olive oil, heat up some red sauce and make healthy, unbreaded chicken parmesan sandwiches.
Please enter me.
I have a giveaway up on my frugal themed blog.

It may not be the best way to serve it, but my kids will eat it.
I’ll cut into 1/2 inch cubes (not perfect cubes) dip then in egg, then roll them in crushed Ritz (or off brand) crackers. Bake them until cooked and the kids love chicken nuggets.
Chicken Parm – but with Swiss cheese instead of mozzarella! Sounds gross but it’ ‘delish’!
what an absolutely wonderful giveaway! these fillets make wonderful chicken paprikash. please throw my name into the hat too! good luck everyone!
I like the Purdue chicken because it has no hormones or antibiotics. I’d use it to make a recipe I’ve been wanting to try: Pecan Crusted Chicken over Sweet Squash Mash.
I would make chicken parmesan, cover the chicken with bread crumbs and top with marinara and mozzarella. Easy peasy and yummy.
I want Chicken Parmesan or Chicken Pot Pie… or anything else chicken related sounds great.
These are perfect for Chicken Cordon Bleu! I hate having to pound chicken and this is perfect!
I would love to win these! My hubby likes when I simply coat them in olive oil & then pour on some grill seasoning before cooking them on the contact grill! yummy!
I have a great teriyaki recipe.
I’d use a Italian Dressing marinade and serve them with a salad and grilled zucchini. Yum!

I’d simply grill these in a little olive oil with some lime squeezed on them and top with some salsa fresca. Mmm..delicious.
I would make my very own recipe “Crack Chicken.” Named because it is addictive like crack!
I rub Honey mustard Grey Poupon on the chicken and coat in bread crumbs and bake. TO DIE FOR GOOD!!!

Count me in! I would roast them with olive oil and herbs. Then pair them with some herb potatos! Now I’m getting hungry!
Ok, so you might think I am horrible but I wouldn’t be cooking them. Hubby would be. We don’t get meat very often and when we do he makes a big deal of it and makes something great and with courses (usually 3 but up to 6). If I won, I have no clue what we would make with them but it would be amazing.
I would love to make my famous Chicken Broccoli casserole with this. If you want the recipe feel free to email me! Thank you for you having such a generous giveaway! I would LOVE to win so I can get cooking!
Thanks again!
I have been wanting to get my son away from his constant supply of breaded chicken nuggets, so I would grill them with seasoning to see if he would go for that.
If not… I will just eat them all myself!
Hubby’s favorite chicken dish is my chicken parm, so I’d use them to make that for supper.
Thanks for your giveaway!
I love that since they are the same time I know they are evenly cooked
Sounds crazy but its called Yucky Chicken…Chicken, Chicken soup, stuffing, cheese…MMMMM
I would love to try these, have to be honest I’m not the cook. Not sure what fun thing hubby would do, maybe bread them or use Italian marinade.
I would make my daughter’s favorite meal – Spicy Apple Chicken! Thanks for a very useful giveaway! ~
I like to coat chicken with a mixture of Parmesan cheese and dry salad dressing mix, usually Garlic Italian or Caesar, then bake. Thanks for the contest!
we would try some new recipe – that is what we do these days. my girlie is on a chinese/ginger type kick right now
I would totally make my Ranch Chicken with them.
Mix 1 cup plain bread crumbs, 2-ish tbsp Parmesan cheese and 2-ish tbsp dry ranch dressing mix. (NOTE: Panko breadcrumbs are delicious with this recipe!)
Coat chicken with ranch dressing (I use light to cut down on calories) then dip in bread crumb mixture.
Bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes.
For bonus points top with shredded parm. cheese and serve with Ranch dressing or BBQ sauce (or mix them together… Yummy!!)
Chicken is my absolute favorite meat ! I make it a lot at our house . The way I make it is the best , I put it in a casserole dish , put every kind of seasoning you can think of on it , bake it in the oven on 350 for about 30 minutes . I usually make spinach , baked potatos and cooked carrots . Please pick me to win this coupon !

Place chicken in a non-stick shallow pan. Add half cup of pineapple juice, a ring or two of pineapple some cranberries, and a pinch of your favorite herb (basil, rosemary, chives, etc). Cook over low heat until tender.
Please count me in. My family loves chicken baked in Italian dressing. Nice and simple.

I have lots of ways I like to cook chicken breasts, and one of my family’s favorites is chicken parmesan that I make by dipping the breasts in olive oil then coating with seasoned breadcrumbs and grated parmesan. I brown them in olive oil in a nonstick skillet on both sides, then add some of my spaghetti sauce and simmer until done. Serve with spaghetti and a salad…YUM!
The fact that these Purdue chicken breasts are evenly cut makes me want to turn them into Chicken Cordon Bleu. I’m in the eastern part of the US (WV) so I should have access to them in our stores, right? Thanks for the chance to win.
Count me in!! I love Chicken. Thanks!!
Nancy

It is quick and easy and oh so yummy. Thanks again for the cookbook and thanks for offering this great giveaway. Here is the link…
