I like to cook the terriyaki chicken portions in a little bit of sesame oil with a bag of frozen mixed vegetables. I cut the chicken into slices and then serve the chicken and veggies over brown rice. My family loves this. Am I too late to win a coupon?

I like Perdue Perfect Portions, because they are a convenient way to eat lowfat, healthy and guilt-free. They are extremely low in calories and carbohydrates. I love grilling them on my George Foreman grill, they taste so delicious. I always buy no less than 6 packs at a time, so I won't run out of them too fast. Also my little yokie loves them too.

I would make my famous mexican chicken lol
very easy.
Boil 2 chicken breasts once boiled drain and cool. Add a 1/2 lb of velvetta cheese to a pot melt add a can of Rotel sauce,1 can of chicken noodle soup,1 can of chicken/mushroom cream soup. Cut up the 2 chicken breast in small pieces doesnt have to be perfect. Add those pieces to your pot of melted cheese and stir then add 3 handfulls of crumbled Dorritos chips either plan or salsa explosion its up to you. Preheat oven to 400 degrees once heated add mixture to a baking dish add another handfull or two of crumbled dorritos and cover with foil let cook for no longer than 30 minutes and serve.
