Pet Adoption: The Best Option

My family and I just filled out an application to adopt two darling kittens. Many of the local pet emporiums have pet adoptions on the weekends, and we chose to go this route rather than visit a pet store or breeder. Though another family might take home these kittens, we still prefer adopting from shelters and rescue centers. We don’t mind trying again if need-be.
When you adopt from a shelter, you’ll have to pay a donation fee, but this is still the cheapest option. Your pet will have already visited the vet so he’s parasite and disease free. If he’s of age, he’s also neutered or spayed, if he’s not, neutering costs will only run $20 at our adoption agency. Plus the pet has already been litter pan trained. Plus, the adoption agency near us will cut our cats’ nails for free for the rest of their lives, as they feel declawing is too cruel.
Adopting a pet from a shelter is a situation where everyone wins!
