I have a question about how much you spend at the rest. If it says min purchase $35.00, do you the apply coupon? Or do we need to spent $35, and then the coupon goes to thereafter?

You spend the amount required and then they take off the coupon. So, if you spent exactly $35 then they take off the $25 and you owe $10.
