Savings at Lowe’s Foods

Although the new Grocery Game list hasn’t come out yet, there are some deals I found at Lowe’s Foods this week.
Buy 1 Get 1 Free Specials (at Lowe’s, the bogo deals ring up 1/2 price):
- boneless top round london broil
- boneless center cut pork chops
- bone-in split chicken breasts
- Gwaltney big 8’s franks
- Gwaltney bologna
- Idaho Russet potatoes
- 2 liter Pepsi products
- Pet ice cream
- Honey-Comb cereal
- Dole classic romaine salad mix
- Thomas’ English muffins
- Betty Crocker fruit snacks
- Lowes Foods bath tissue
- 4 ct Pillsbury biscuits
- PictSweet seasoned vegetables
I went ahead and purchased 2 bags of the potatoes, some fruit snacks, and Honey Comb cereal. If you will look through your Sunday paper coupons, you should find some Post cereal coupons. The coupon is good for $1.00 off 2 boxes of Post cereal. The Honey Comb is on sale for $1.79/box, so with the coupon the boxes will cost you $1.29 each.
Also, Lowe’s Foods has the Perdue Perfect Portions for $6.99 per bag. You get 6 filets in each bag. The Perdue Fit & Easy Chicken breasts are on sale for $2.99/lb. If I remember correctly, I’ve seen a $1 coupon with the Sunday coupons or online. Has anyone else seen it so that we’ll know where to save more money?
