in our area we have “Savings Angel.” Very similar, but one flat rate for local stores. It is not available everywhere, but it sure is worth a look!

I do the grocery game, mostly because it’s just easier than figuring it all out by myself. If you’re interested in learning how to optimize your coupon savings the $1 trial to TGG is a great starting point.

I have always been intrigued by TGG… may have to look into actually doing it now. I have a good stockpile of coupons going on and just need to learn how to use them to their fullest!

Unfortunately, the most convenient (and usually, cheapest) grocery store to me is part of a tiny local family-run chain (maybe 4, 5 stores), and TGG doesn’t support them. Not that they should have to or anything, but every time I read about them, I think, “Man, I wish we could do that…”
