]]> Recently, I ran across a spam site for acne treatments and got busted.  The original version of this post contained the link to the fraudulent site.  I was notified of this by a reader, removed the link, and I was very thankful for the help.  I struggled with what to do with this post but have decided to leave up the advice as it seems legitimate.  I hope it helps.

  • Wash your face twice daily with a mild soap. Baby soap is perfect.
  • Don’t wear oil based makeup.
  • Try using benzyl peroxide
  • Use a combination of distilled water and sea salt to wash your face, then rub it with lemon juice and then wash again with pure glycerin.

Try some of these and see if they work for you. The key is to find what will work for you.
