		<description><![CDATA[Recently, I ran across a spam site for acne treatments and got busted.  The original version of this post contained the link to the fraudulent site.  I was notified of this by a reader, removed the link, and I was very thankful for the help.  I struggled with what to do with this post but have decided to leave up the advice as it seems legitimate.  I hope it helps.


Wash your face twice daily with a mild soap.  Baby soap is perfect.
Don’t wear oil based makeup.
Try using benzyl peroxide
