		<description><![CDATA[There&#8217;s just something about the cool weather that makes me want to bake.  Here&#8217;s a recipe for oatmeal raisin cookies.  Enjoy!
1-1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup milk
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In small bowl, combine flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda; set aside. In large bowl, combine brown sugar and butter; beat until creamy. <p>1-1/4 cups all purpose flour<br />

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon<br />
1/4 teaspoon baking soda<br />

Makes 4 dozen cookies. We won&#8217;t discuss the calories and fat. lol</p>
