Billshrink.com offers free personalized information that can save you money on two specific services; credit cards and cell phone plans.
What it feels like to me is the Geico of cell phone plans and credit. Billshrink compares services for you (you fill out a form) and then they tell you which deals are best for your situation. According to Billshrink they follow all the cell phone and credit card markets in order to provide you with up-to-date info.
