It’s Cold and Rainy Outside

It’s cold and rainy outside today and I was in the mood for chili . . . but not just ordinary chili. Some people call it chili pie and I think Sonic calls it Frito pie.
So, here’s how it’s done . . . In a bowl put a layer of Frito corn chips (I like the chili flavored ones, but the plain are fine). Next goes a helping of chili, shredded cheese, fresh diced tomatoes, and then it’s topped with sour cream. Yummy!
