At my mall, this weekend, the Disney Store was having a great sale on its pajamas. I am so cheap, I left brand new Disney PJ’s for $5 and $6 only because I knew I could get PJ’s for less than $4 at my consignment sale or at the great yard sales coming up.
So was I cheap or frugal? I want to hear from you.
Disney has 40% off site wide
I love Mommy Savers. Their newsletter is fabulous and their website is even better. They let me in on a great deal at Disney that I wanted to pass on to you. Right now, Disney has a 40% off their entire website using the promotional code: seasonsale . And if you spend more than $75, shipping is free. So take care of those last minute Christmas presents and don’t feel guilty about it.

Is there a particular movie that you would like to own on DVD? If so, then I suggest buying it the week it is released to the stores. The first week a movie is released, you can usually save five or more dollars then you would if you bought it in the following weeks. Tonight I was at Target and bought the new “Cars” movie for $15.99. I saved $4 since I bought it the week of its release. The cashier also gave my kids a Cars light up pin. Those had to be worth a couple dollars each. It was …read more
Disney on Demand is a frugal idea

My daughter is really starting to get into the Disney channel. I like the shows but the Dish bill is killing our finances. Granted, it is still cheaper than cable or buying a few DVD’s every month. But I ran across a great little article from the Frugal Duchess, who is cheaper than I am, and will try her idea.
Turns out, you can download most of the shows that run on Disney for free! How cool is that. Now if only Noggin would let us buy a DVD of all their videos, my daughter would be in Heaven.

Take an additional 20% off Halloween costumes at Disneyshopping.com. To get the sale price, enter the coupon code TREAT20. You must order by October 22 for Halloween delivery. This Jo Jo costume is less than $15, when you use the coupon code. How cute!
Toys R Us also has free shipping on select costumes. Don’t worry, there are over 100 of them to choose from. All of the costumes I saw were 50% off. This cute Incredibles costume was only $6.50 with free shipping. Not a bad deal at all.
Want Not will save you money with flare!
I love finding new sites that desire to save money like I do. Check out Wantnot.com. It has great articles about every way you can imagine to save money. Check out the hot deals section. You might find a great deal at Disney in the works. Love ya!
Thanks, Hsien.
Disney and Gap for pennies on the dollar at a great yard sale.

With the price of gas these days, even my husband tells me that yard selling isn’t as profitable as it used to be. Well, you know me. I have a solution. Look for neighborhood yard sales. That way you don’t have to drive everywhere and actually get some exercise other than shedding money. I went to my girlfriend’s yard sale and found a great children’s clothing sale. I got 5 outfits, including 2 Disney outfits and 2 gap outfits for $5. I love it!
