Sorry I haven’t been around much this week.  Most of my free time lately has been spent working on our taxes.  This activity is definitely on my top 10 of things I despise. 
I hope to finish up tonight or tomorrow afternoon and then I’ll be back on schedule. Until then, I have some cute pictures for you to look at over at The Weather Channel.  You go can there and view the animal pictures, get yourself some smiles, and even submit your own photos.

It’s Thanksgiving Day.  I hope you all are having a great day with your families.  Below are two funnies for you.
Today, let’s say a prayer for our troops that are overseas serving our country.  Let’s pray for their safety, their morale, and for their families that are not with them.  I am so thankful that we live in a free country. 
 
 

Well, only one more day until Thanksgiving.  I’m guessing that most of you have the supplies you’ll need. 
I have one more tip for you before the big day.  Cook whatever you can the night before . . . even the turkey. 
Yesterday at work we had our Thanksgiving meal with the kids, parents, and grandparents.  The night before, I cooked two turkeys in my roasting oven, sliced and picked them (which I hate), and then I took the meat I had and put it back in the roasting pan in the juice that was left.  Today I just turned on the roaster and …read more

It’s the week of Thanksgiving and I’m sure all of you are looking forward to some time off.
