		<description><![CDATA[This weather has been so whacky! It&#8217;s mid October and usually on the Northeast Coast it means sending kids to school in light jackets. My son is still going to school in shorts. It&#8217;s so warm my grape hyacinth are coming up and I&#8217;m still harvesting tomatoes and peppers. I have lots of tomatoes! Mostly I&#8217;ve been making sauce and salsa. I haven&#8217;t been bold enough to start canning, mostly I&#8217;m putting my sauce in freezer bags and storing them that way.
