		<description><![CDATA[The hot temperatures outside make it hard to believe it is fall.  Nevertheless, I can&#8217;t disappoint my readers.  Yummy recipes are coming!  Here&#8217;s one that I found today from Kraft.  Instead of making the traditional pumpkin pie, perhaps you could try this one.  Best of all, it only takes 15 minutes to make this pie. 
Prep: 15 minutes plus refrigeration
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp caramel topping, divided
1 Honey Maid Graham Pie Crust (6 oz)
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp Planters Pecan pieces, divided
1 cup cold milk
2 pkg (4-serving size each) Jell-o Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding &#38; Pie Filling
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp ground cinnamon

<p>Pour 1/4 cup caramel topping into crust; sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans.</p>
<p>Beat milk, dry pudding mixes, pumpkin and spices with whisk until blended. Stir in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping. Spread into crust. Top with remaining whipped topping.</p>
<p>Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with pecans and drizzle remaining caramel with fork. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.</p>
<p>Makes 10 servings, one slice each.</p>

Broccoli Salad
3 heads of fresh broccoli, chopped
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 packs Oscar Mayer bacon bits
1/2 large purple onion, sliced thin
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, one or both)
Mix together in a bowl.
Dressing &#8211; mix in a separate bowl
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
