Reaching Milestones

Every now and then your children will reach milestones.  As a parent, you smile in wonder and are proud of your child’s accomplishments.  We are at another milestone with our kids.
Alligator girl is still a smartie.  We went through a rough time at the beginning of the school year because she was in a bad school.  A bad school?  As a teacher, it is hard for me to say that.  I was warned about the school that she would be attending, but at the time I didn’t have much choice.  When she came home with worksheets with concepts I had taught to …read more

Solo Mother is a alive and well on b5.

Recently, there have been a few new blogs added to the Family and Relations channel here at b5.  I am loving it as there are some more great blogs to read.  Now there is Solo Mother, a blog about being a single parent. I am reading her blog and thanking the Lord that I have a wonderful husband that helps me with the raising of our daughter.  I have the utmost respect for those that have to raise kids alone.  I don’t know how they do it.  I have a hard enough time working part time and keeping up with …read more
