My DH has finally finished painiting the kid’s rooms. Bet you were wondering why I had been absent these last few days. I have been helping my DH paint he nursery and KM’s room. I also went back to work 5 days a week at 7 am. Let me tell you the new schedule kicks my butt! The good news is, I only work 2 10-hr shifts and 3 3-hr shifts. Nursery budget update

I have told you before about my nursery redo. I got a great deal on the paint we used, even though it wore me out. Then I went to get the closet organizers. I budgeted $100 on each closet since there was absolutely nothing in there anymore. That seemed to get me what I wanted. I endedup getting both closets for around $135! There is a great article on Mommysavers.com dealing with how to watch your budget when getting ready for a new baby. It gives common sense advice on not buying the latest and greatest no matter how tempted you are and not buying everything you see no matter how good a deal it might be. Now that is sometimes hard for me.
