Save on Pampers at Target

Now is the time to get Pampers diapers on clearance.  I was at Target tonight and they had their summer lots marked down 30%.  You can get a case of Pampers diapers for $19.99.
I noticed the size 4 Cruisers had 100 diapers in each box.  This means you’re only paying about 20 cents per diaper.  Combine that with a coupon and you’re really saving!
In case you have problems finding the clearanced diapers in your store, you should check in the regular diaper section, the end aisles near the diapers, and also near the school supplies.  If you still can’t find them, ask around …read more

Stockpiling on Sales at Food Lion

Food Lion is having a 3-day sale (ends today).  I stopped by there yesterday because they have Pampers on sale for $7.99.  The regular price is $10.99, so the sale gives $3 off.  Then I used a $1 Baby Steps coupon that I told you about last week.  I also used their $1.50 wipes coupon to get a 40 count package of wipes for free.
When I got home, I realized I had a $3 Pampers Easy Up coupon, so I ran in today and got a package of easy ups for only $4.99!  Yay!
Today is the last day to get the Pampers for $7.99.  …read more

Diaper Deal for Thrifty Moms

Diaper Deal for Thrifty Moms

Right now you can get a great deal on Pampers at Target.  Buy 2 jumbo packs on sale for $17 and 2 packs of Kandoo wipes for $3.79 each.   Use two $1 manufacturer’s coupons for Pampers diapers and two manufacturer’s coupons for free Kandoo wipes.  Then use this Target coupon for $3 off diapers and wipes and a Target coupon for $5 off when you spend $20 on P&G.
Total spent is $4 for 68 diapers and 200 wipes!!!!  Is that thrifty enough for you?
Here’s the math:
17.00+3.79+3.79-1.00-1.00-3.79-3.79-3.00-3.00-5.00=4.00
Thanks to my friend Darlene for the tip.

A Thrifty Way to Help the Needy

Did you know? . . . Last year, the America’s Second Harvest Network provided food assistance to more than 25 million low-income hungry people in the United States, including more than 9 million children and nearly 3 million seniors.
Right now Pampers is giving $1 to America’s Second Harvest for every ecard sent.  The cards include a video and are able to be personalized.  It’s really that simple.  This is definitely an easy and cost friendly way to help those in need.  Click here to send an ecard to help America’s Second Harvest.

Toys R Us has a great sale on diapers

I have recently gone to Toys-R-Us and found a nice surprise. For the month of September, if you use Pampers, then you are in luck. The large box of 140 has a coupon for $5 off. That makes them $.23 per diaper while Wal-Mart has them $.26 per diaper. I went and stocked up on them and her wipes. They also have a good deal on Gerber onezies. Buy one and get one 50% off. Enjoy shopping guilt free.

Pampers Baby-Dry to add Flexible sides and Wal-Mart will give you samples.

I just got an alert saying that Pampers is changing their Pampers Baby-Dry to add a flexible tab to the sides.  The cruisers already have them and they are wonderful!  So they are giving you samples at your local Wal-Mart Supercenter near the baby department on Aug 19-20, 2006 from noon to 6pm.  Check with your local store for details.  Way to go Pampers for a clever marketing ploy.

Want great diapers on sale?

Being thrifty with your money means taking the time to find the best deals.  Luckily for you, I have found a great deal on diapers for you.  Toys-R-Us is running another $5 off large diaper boxes.  You can use the coupon to get as many boxes as you want and I can use them to buy my Pampers cruisers.  The problem I have is that Wal-Mart is cheaper.  So I went to Wal-Mart and used the coupon.  Imagine that!  A box of 88 Pampers Cruizers for only $13!  Works for me.  The only thing better would be if my little …read more

Toys-R-Us update

Just to let you know, I went to Toys-R-Us Sunday and took a look at the sale.  Turns out, the sale doesn’t start until February 19th.  However, Babies-R-Us has a sale going.  Where I live, we only have a Toys-R-Us so it didn’t do me any good.  However, I did get them to give me the sale prices coming up since they told me the sale would start Sunday.  They do have their diapers on for $5 off.  Not what I was hoping for but I saved a little money none the less.
