I don’t know about you, but I want one of these. Isn’t this neat? I never would have guessed it, but this durable bag is made from plastic shopping bags. Deborah from Simply Thrifty has put together a bunch of different links for ideas for reusing shopping bags. Too bad I don’t know how to crochet. I should add this to my list of 10 Uses for Plastic Grocery Bags.

Today I was checking out the blog Simply Thrifty and I came across some information about free stuff. Free is always great! From reading Simply Thrifty I learned that today, September 30th, is National Museum day. You can take your wife and family on outing for free and give them an educational experience as well. The Smithsonian Institute is sponsoring the National Museum Day. You can click here to see participating museums. Print this Museum Admission Card and have a great free outing.
