As most of you know, I will be moving soon. I hope that you’ve enjoyed the great articles we’ve had from our guests.
As far as my life . . . My husband and I have been finishing up some home repair projects, packing, and decluttering. We had a birthday party for the kids and we’ve been out of town twice in the last week at our new location.
Sometimes I just want to do nothing all day long, but I know I can’t do that. Time is ticking and there is lots to be done.

Last week, I told you how clutter stresses me out and takes time away from my life. I also promised you some tips for decluttering your house. Here goes . . .
1. Commit to change – I said last week that getting organized and decluttering is like losing weight. Really, it is. You have to be committed in order to change. Being organized is a lifestyle. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again . . . clutter is a major problem at my house. I watch shows like “Clean House” and “Clean Sweep” and I think ‘Geez. If I just had them come to my house, I could get this done.’ Honestly though, I’m too embarrassed to be video taped with all my junk. lol

Time Management is a Thrifty Choice

I have a very close friend (no names, you know who you are ) that consistently over does it. She volunteers at her oldest child’s school once a week, for holidays she does goody bags for the students at both of her children’s schools, she goes on field trips, takes her son to soccer, takes her daughter to activities at the community center, volunteers for children’s church, . . .
