1) Check consignment stores or thrift stores for maternity clothes. One day I saw a bunch of nice maternity clothes at Good Will. Check your local store a few times as donations will come in regularly. Also, see if you can borrow some from a friend. You probably won’t wear them that long anyway. Another place to look is ebay.
2) Register for your shower. People will be more likely to get you what you need. Also, if you are registered at Target, they have a more flexible return policy.

Cheap waffles for breakfast.

Anybody want some waffles? I love waffles in the morning. However, frozen waffles are expensive and don’t last long. So I use Heart Healthy Bisquick and make my own waffles. It doesn’t take any more time and I can mix a batch and store it in the fridge for a few days. You can make up the money you would pay for a cheap waffle iron in a couple of weeks if you eat waffles 3-4 times a week. My daughter loves them.
