Thanksgiving Day travels

How was your Thanksgiving? Ours was long. We went to my in-laws this past weekend and had a wonderful time with family. The only problem was that my 19 month old woke up both nights and wouldn’t go back to sleep. I was exhausted. But my mother-in-law, of course, put out quite the display. There was so much food to eat that we could have eaten for days on the leftovers.
Today, we called all the relatives and told everyone “Happy Thanksgiving”. But I will have to tell you the funny part later. We went over to a friend’s house and enjoyed some time with friends. As usual, we ate too much and are stuffed now that we are back home.
