Thrifty Father’s Day Craft

Check out this easy and thrifty craft idea for Father’s Day.  We made these this week in my preschool class.  Last week I took pictures of the kids as they were holding a child size fishing pole.  Today we used jumbo colored craft sticks and glued them around the picture.  Then we used fish craft foam stickers and put them on the frame. The stickers are thrifty too.  I got a bucket of 300 stickers at Dollar Tree for $1.

Do you have any thrifty Father’s Day ideas?

Great idea! I already have all that stuff, so I’m ready to go. I picked it all up at Liquidation World at 3 for $1. I didn’t know what to do with it until now.

I found that the photo developing was the most expensive. I had my student’s pictures developed at Sam’s Club, so they only cost me about 17 cents each. I guess we managed to get our craft done for about 30 cents each. Not bad at all.
