Thrifty Mommy Makes Radio!

Last night I was on the way home from Financial Peace University classes. My husband calls and says, “Turn on the radio, NOW!!!”. I turn on the radio and The Cooper Lawrence Show is reading from my post 50 Ways to Save on Your Grocery Bill.
I tried to call in several times, but my attempts were unsuccessful. I sent an email to the show with my phone number. I wonder if they’ll call.
I am disappointed though because they never mentioned the name of the blog.
I am happy that Cooper thought enough of my tips that she read them, but a little exposure would have been nice.
Update, February 23rd:
I got an email from Cooper today. She says she loves the blog. I guess that means she might be reading this.

That’s very cool that your post got some exposure, but it is really lame that they didn’t mention where it came from. So, congrats and I’m sorry.
Thanks Mike. It definitely has mixed emotions from me.
Remember back in school when somebody didn’t list the source of their information? They called it plagiarism. Ick.
See the update in the post.
Looks like they are taking responsibility and want you for more than just your frugal ways:) Take that interview, girl, and have a ball!
You know I am thrilled for you! I hope you do get to do an interview with her.
