Top 10 Reasons I Want to Lose Weight

Last night I wrote a list of reasons that I want to lose weight. Here’s my list so far:
1. To have more energy and feel better.
2. To live a longer life.
3. To not be embarrassed about how I look.
4. To shop in the skinny people clothes section. lol
5. To fight off diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.
6. To set a good example for my children.
7. To look better for me.
8. To look better for my husband.
9. To be healthier and save on healthcare expenses.
10. To get a cheaper rate on my life insurance policy.
Do you have any reasons that you’d like to add to this list?

Thanks Tanyetta. I’m headed to the grocery store to find something nutritious I can eat. I’m having a headache withdrawal from junk food. lol
My list is pretty much the same as yours. My main reason is to be a good example for my girls. Another one I would add is to actually fit in the clothes that are in my closet!
So we have our list of reasons… now following through is the hard part.
I know what you mean Julie. I am pretty hungry right now. It is after 1:30 and I haven’t had lunch. I just ate a cookie without even realizing it. That’s pretty sad!
