For me though, my kids are 2 and 4, so they just use them for playing and leaning on. They're not allowed in the deep end of the pool yet. We usually just swim in those small above ground pools. Sometimes you can find some gems on close-out items. I found some $12 shampoo and conditioner in there one day. Wish I would have bought more! Then another time I found Gold Toe socks for men. They still had the department store price on them. Another time I was lucky and found cds that had the Wal-Mart price tags. It's kind of like a thrift store, in a way. I like those little inflatable rings for a dollar, but I will be honest, I certainly wouldn't trust them at all. As a toy, fine. but as something to suspend a child above water? uhhh... no. We went two days ago and got a few things the kids wanted. Wordsearch for my 7 year old, watch for 11 year old and two toys for the younger ones. I love the prices. You know - water filled tubes where you push the button to get a ring around a hook. There were other items like cones on a stick with a small ball tied to the stick for getting the stick in the cone. (These are really hard to explain.) All the stuff had a circus theme - lions, clowns, big tents, etc. on them. I thought they were great little toys for kids.
