Vinegar 101 for sunburns

All my life, my mom has treated my sunburns with only one treatment, VINEGAR!  We all know how fabulous vinegar works.  I love it for multiple reasons.  But for sunburns, my mom would poor it over ice and wet a wash cloth with it.  I hardly ever pealed and the sting would be gone in just a few minutes.  I use to laugh at my friends who would always try to be mean and pop me on my burn but it wouldn’t hurt me because of the vinegar treatment.  Any time we go to the beach, I take a gallon with me.  Hope this helps.

I use it straght out of the bottle pooured over ice. When the cloth gets warm, that’s when I know to redip it.
