Vinegar takes the cake!

I have talked about Vinegar before but it stands to reason that this gift from God should be acknowledged again. Ok, I’m just cheap and vinegar is multifaceted. You can use it for just about anything from cleaning to rust removal. I actually used it to remove plaster from my linoleum floor when we moved into our new house and had to plaster the walls. Have a bad sunburn? Fill a bowl with ice and cover it with vinegar. Then soak a wash cloth with the cold vinegar and place it on the sunburn until the washcloth is warm. Repeat this until the sting and heat goes away. You will peel less and the sting will be gone. I buy a bottle of vinegar at the beginning of every summer. Thanks, Mom, for the great summer ritual!
