In order to know if the bibs were part of the recall, Walmart has to have the packaging; therefore, they wouldn't do an exchange or refund on my bibs. The customer service dept suggested that I look for the existing items instore, that if they had the items, it would ring up on their register as a recalled item (I thought that was silly that they would keep recalled items on their shelves). Well, I didn't find any bibs with plastic backings on them in particular Walmart store I shopped at. Don't waste your time at Walmart, if you don't have the packaging.
