Ways to save on spring clothes shopping

Yard sale season is about to come upon us.  I CAN’T WAIT!  Our bi-annual consignment sale is also coming up.  My suggestion to keep from buying what you don’t need is to start going through all your spring and summer clothes to see what you have and then you will know what you need.  This will keep you from spending way too much on the “cute” things you will find.

Another way to keep yourself from spending too much on the new season right off the bat is to make a schedule.  Make sure you don’t buy more than 3-4 things per shopping visit.  If you just can’t leave something then subtract that from your next trip.  It will keep you from buying so much at one time.  I know I am guilty of that because I get spring fever and can’t wait to wear all the new stuff or see them adorn my little girl.

Hope it helps.
