What a great cookbook!
Karen and I were asked to try out a new cookbook from Oxmoor House. What a great cookbook! It is their latest Cooking Light Complete Cookbook. It has:
- 1200+ great new recipes
- 500+ time saving tips ( gotta love those)
- 600+ photos of the most mouth watering food (hopefully I will recognize mine)
- 140+ menus and helpful boxes
- 120+ charts and boxes
It is extremely easy to use and I can’t wait to try my 2 favorites in one, Citrus-Glazed Scallops with Avocado Salsa. YUMM! It seems really easy and delicious. Stay tuned for a chance to win one during Blogtoberfest. I really think you will like it.
