Wine for Under $10 – Redwood Creek Merlot

wine I’m not trying to put Farley from Behind the Vines out of a job, but I did want to tell you about a nice wine my husband and I discovered. It’s a merlot from Redwood Creek and it’s affordable and very pleasant tasting. I blogged more about it over at Cookerati, but as the price was right, felt I should share it with you here. Incidentally, my husband and I are always looking to try nice, affordable wines. What are your favorites? Do share in the comments.

I am from Western New York and our area has a lot of nice wineries. I love Bully Hill Banty Red or Merritt Wineries Bella Rosa. Both are around $10.

Thank you Jennifer. I’ll have to look out for them.

Our favorite Friday night pizza wine is Ruffino Chianti. It’s a little over $7 a bottle at my local liquor store.
