Last week, my daughter’s eyeglasses frame broke. It completely snapped and she had to have her glasses.
I took her glasses in to a local shop and asked them what could be done. They said she would need new frames. The problem is, they didn’t have the frame in stock. It would take a week and the frames would be $98!!! Ouch!
I really didn’t want her to go without her glasses for a week. I decided to try another place. They had the frames in stock and they were only $40!!! Fifty-eight dollars difference for the exact same frame.
As you can imagine, I was very pleased with the savings and also glad that my daughter could have her glasses right away. It’s amazing at how much you can save if you’ll just take the time to comparison shop.
Sometimes we think that we don’t have the time to comparison shop or we just don’t want to be bothered. I am guilty of this as well. If the first place would have had the frames in stock, I might have hesitantly paid the $98 just to be done with it. Going to the next business only took a few minutes of my time and the rewards were great.

I had the same problem but I was the one with out anything to wear and no cash. I hate to admit it but I went to Wal-mart remembering they drastically cut the prices of their discontinued frames. I couldn’t believe it I picked up 2 pair of glasses for less than half the price of their normal ones and more than that compared to the other stores. Wal-mart can get you into a pair of glasses for less than $40 with new lenses. The lenses will be no frills but for a spare pair they are great and if like me you pay a little more for the second set of lenses you can get the nice lenses in the cheap frames, but they may still be brandname frames!

I bent over and glasses fell out of my tank top where they had been hooked and I stepped on them. They were my favorite glasses and I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I’m going to hunt them up and see if I have as much luck as you. While I’m add it, I will see what I can do about bigger boobs.
We ordered some extra glasses from here. You can’t try them on but you can’t beat the prices.
