3 Things I wish I had Said….Before He Died

I try not to have regrets, because we can never change the past. I was also lucky in the sense that I got to say goodbye….even then there are things I wish I had said
- You changed my life…you allowed me to understand what love really is..
- Thank you for being you, and thank you for allowing me to be me…
- Your bad habits were not that bad…in fact I will miss them
If you could say something what would it be?

I need the strength you always gave me. I can’t seem to find it on my own.
My counselor says it’s ok to love you and be mad at you at the same time. I hope she’s right, because I do and I am!
Knowing what to do in my head, and knowing it in my heart are two different things. But I’m learning, and I’m trying.
I sent this yesterday, but I can’t find it today. I’ll try again. (Gives me a chance to edit!!)
1. I thank you for the strength you gave me. I miss it. I always knew you had my back.
2. Don’t try to do this alone. Wait for me, and don’t shut me out.
3. My counselor says it’s ok to love you and be mad at you at the same time. I hope she’s right, because I am, and I do.
There is a place to say all the things you ever wished you had said but never did :
