Widows Quest

A Journey Through Grief

We all find our own way of coping with grief, someone of us become insular, some of us start doing things that we would not have dreamed of before. I was reading today about Libby Southwell who started on a journey of self exploration and has written a book about it called Monsoon Rains and Icicle Drops  Monsoon rains, Book on Grief

The book “Monsoon Rains is a story of one woman’s search for happiness, healing and recovery in the face of heartbreak. The book is a keeper, not just for its beautifully packaged pages (featuring floral Mongolian motifs and artistic scrawls) but the message of strength it delivers. In addition, part proceeds go to AdoptSrilanka, the charity Southwell was instrumental in setting up.”

If you were going to write your personal journey what would it be called ? I think mine might be called To Hell and Back!
