Affirmations are helping my mind

Affirmations are something that I believe can help you through depression. Affirmations are positive statements that I read before I go to sleep and as I wake up in the morning. As you know I am trying to lose weight and I am doing well with 10lbs lost so far….but as I have started the diet I have felt down. I think it is because the person that I want to notice isn’t here, and that is wrong. I should value myself, want to do it for me. So I have written these![]()
- I enjoy being successful and value my contribution to the world.
- I am passionate about my appearance and love looking at how great I look in my size 12 clothes.
- I love my self confidence and how being confident allows me to fulfill my dreams.
- I am incredibly happy to believe in myself.
- I love the thrill of valuing my thoughts in this breathtaking world.
and it is working. It will take time and they say you have to keep up the habit for at least 21 consecutive days to change your thinking. So can you write ones that help your grief, your depression, your sense of loss? Try it, no one else needs to know…they are personal to you…and see if it works, of course let me know!
