An Angel Watching Over You

Sometimes when I am walking around or even just sitting and I feel as though there is someone watching over me, someone who is guiding me through my life. In fact when I get confused it is when I don’t feel that angels presence, when I don’t feel that angel guiding me through the stages of my life.
I often wonder who the angel is, or whether there are a few angels watching over me. It’s funny because
I don’t believe in angels and yet here I am writing about them….so what is it?Is it real or is it your subsconscious wanting someone to be there ? One day I asked my Nana about the angel and she said it is the “angel of love” that has built up over time through all the love that I have shared…..I like that thought

Hope you’re feeling better. Hope you’ll be home soon. I love your Nana’s interpretation. Having been raised Catholic, guardian angels have been a part of my life. It’s funny, though, I’d lost touch with them over the years. After Michael’s death, I started being open to their presence in my life. Mainly because they help to open my heart and allow the love and joy to come in.
One of my funniest contacts happened when I was struggling with an ironing board. I could not get it to close. I’d heard that you could ask for any kind of help from your guardian angels. Finally I said in exasperation, “now where is the guardian angel of ironing boards?” The ironing board immediately slid closed. Coincidence? Perhaps. It made me a believer.

Oh wow….think I may ask if guardian angels will do the ironing as well
Do you think it is just our mind wanting that help, wanting that support…almost our subconscious making our thoughts real?
Actually, I think ironing falls under the category of “The Lord helps those who help themselves.”
